03 Initial Designs
Speed to market was key for the POC.
Out of the box design templates were used to allow early adopters to purchase newspaper subscriptions for business to actively seek feedback for future improvement.
A region based rollout plan was created for the reminder 41 x sites.
Beta sites with updated designs were created. Rollout and automation test scripts was developed for a smooth transition.
New Customer Services team formed and trained.
