ACM selected as part of the Google Digital News Initiative program. This included a 3 day Design Thinking workshop, developing an innovation mindset and a user-first approach for solving business problems.
The first step in design thinking. Capturing what end users Say, Think, Do and Feel to visualise their behaviours and gain deeper insight into users and their needs.
As a team brainstorm and ideate. Look for alternate ways to view the problem and identify innovative solutions. Build prototypes and experiment with inexpensive, scaled-down versions of the product.
Human-Centred Design (HCD)
Often initiatives are there to solve business issues and objectives. HCD is a mind set shift where Users come first.
Test, test and re-test prototypes to further iterate, alter and refine prototypes to find or rule out alternative solutions.
